Information on the Moore 3-14 Well
EPA has received your comments on the proposed Moore #3-14 well, draft permit # MI-075-2D-0014. The comment period ended on August 16, 2016. (NOT September 16 as mistakenly printed in previous email). If EPA hosts a hearing, we will notify you at least 30 days before the hearing. We will consider all comments received during the comment period before making our final decision.
EPA will respond to all significant comments in a single “Response To Comments” document. As we cannot determine the level of effort to complete this task, we cannot estimate when we will make our final decision. You will receive a copy of the “Response To Comments” when we make our final decision.

Zoning Board of Appeals Members Wanted - Columbia Township is currently seeking applicants for two (2) alternate members of the Zoning Board of Appeals. Applicants must be a Township resident and available for quarterly meetings and meetings as needed. Members of the ZBA receive a small compensation for each meeting they attend. Successful candidates will also receive training, paid for by the Township.
